Can You Put a Screen Protector Back on

    As the title suggest how many times you can apply same tempered glass screen protector again and again .I know it's sounds crazy that why would someone apply and remove the protector again and again. But sometimes even after cleaning the screen some impurities are always there which can be seen after applying the protector. Tempered glass protector uses some kinds of glue. Does that glue get ineffective after repitive application? I want to know if you remove the protector carefully then how many tines in general you can reapply it again?

    I did it like 5 times before a corner wouldn't stick

    Actually I cleaned it so many times but somehow presence of even tiny particle make me uncomfortable. Already removed it 3 times. I guess now its time to control my nerves and let it be as it is

    I helped a friend apply the ORZLY tempered glass protector and same thing happened to us. There was a bit of dust underneath, so we unpeeled from the top corner closest to the dust. Now that corner doesn't stick back down and looks really noticeable.

    I have godsmith tempered glass protector. I have removed it 3 times now. When I tried to apply last time half part of it refused to stick again so I removed it completely and again placed it on screen then applied some pressure on centre part of the screen and guess what it stucked like new. I have some dust underneath it which is only niticable when the screen is off.

    Just once. If you get stuff on it then you are kind of screwed. Happened to me this weekend on the new tempered glass I ordered for my iPad to fix a chip in the old one. Got a piece of cat hair between it and the screen and there was no hope to take it off and put it back on. You need to do it right the first time.

    I use a very powerful flashlight when applying the glass. Flashlight in one hand, a sticker in the other to help remove the dust/particulate.

    I guess I will keep it as it is now as its not disturbing me on white background. It only shows up when screen is off :D

    It's good idea to apply in bathroom after a 10 minutes shower. The steam will reduce the dust.

    Don't want to waste my $9.will change it again after 2 3 months when I have new protector beside me :)

    Also the sticker which came with it to remove dust is kind of useless now. Any other replacement sticker we can use to remove dust?

    No more than a few times, Not because the adhesive has worn off but because so much dust has stuck to the underside, it stops sticking because the oil from your fingers is on it. Next time install it in the bathroom. Turn on the shower for a few minutes and allow it to steam up, this will clear most of the dust in the air. I always tape one edge of the screen protector to the phone and let it set covering the screen until the exact second I'm ready to apply, then I flip up the screen protector give it one last cleaning, peel the backing off and flip the screen protector back in place. If its taped correctly it should line right up.

    Why didn't I find even one person using the tempered glass screen protector offered by Oneplus? Is it not good quality?

    A tip I have seen is to do it in the bath room with a hot shower going. The moisture removes all the dust from the air.....Not tried it myself as yet.
